This project is for the addition of 505s.f. to an existing 804s.f. 1-story single family dwelling. The new addition will include the removal of 3-existing windows at the gable end of the existing. These windows may be relocated to the addition only if they meet the proper U-value and safety glazing requirements. the addition will include a bedroom / sitting room and full bathroom including a wet bar that cannot have wireing for a range. If range installed this addition must be approved by this department meet duplex and accessory dwelling unit requirements. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required.
