Replace 20-minute corridor Fire Rated Double doors with new 20-minute smoke - fire rated doors into the corridor, with smoke detector activated mag hold opens. New corridor doors provide access / egress to a new 8' x 8' vestibule being created between the dirty corridor and clean room area. Access / egress between the vesibule and the clean room are by automatic sliders with break-away capabilities. To add smoke detectors on both sides of doors at corridor to activate hold opens and install a new strobe within the new vestibule. Separate sprinkler system and alarm permits are required before any work can begin on either of these systems, as regulated by the fire department.
