(PROMONTORY RIDGE CLUB HOUSE - INTERIOR OCCUPANT LOAD REDUCTION, POOL DECK, AND POOL FENCE) (6-18-12 PLAN MODIFICATION TO REDUCE THE AREA OF THE POOL DECK, TO REDUCE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE POOL DECK TO 57, TO REDUCE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE POOL TO 37, TO PROVIDE EXTERIOR “HIGH” AND “LOW” DRINKING FOUNTAINS AVAILABLE TO THE POOL OCCUPANTS, TO REDUCE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE CLUB HOUSE TO 36, AND TO RECONFIGURE THE VEHICULAR ACCESS TO THE PARKING LOT. THE REDUCED OCCUPANT LOAD IS ACCORDING TO A CODE ALTERNATE LETTER DATED MAY 24, 2012 AND APPROVED BY JASON BLAIS, BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE TOTAL ALLOWED OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE FENCED POOL AREA IS 94. BECAUSE OF THE REDUCED OCCUPANT LOAD, ONLY ONE TOILET ROOM FOR MEN AND ONE TOILET ROOM FOR WOMEN IS REQUIRED. THE EXISTING CLUB HOUSE WILL NOT BE REMODELED TO INCLUDE ANOTHER WOMEN’S RESTROOM OR TO INCLUDE INTERIOR “HIGH” AND “LOW” DRINKING FOUNTAINS. A BOTTLED WATER COOLER IS REQUIRED TO SERVE THE CLUB HOUSE.) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To construct a concrete pool deck and to install a fence around the pool and pool deck. The swimming pool will be constructed under permit BLD12-00620. The existing Men’s restroom/shower room and the existing Women’s restroom/shower room are required to be maintained accessible to the disabled. Exterior work includes concrete slabs on grade, a 6 foot tall wrought iron fence around the pool and pool deck, and gates in the pool fence.
