(BORAH HIGH SCHOOL - THREE EAST CLASSROOM WINGS - WINDOW REPLACEMENT) Fire sprinkler system used for building area increase. To remove all existing exterior windows in the 3 East classroom wings of Borah High School (each wing has a floor area of about 20,100 square feet) and to install new windows in their place (about 1,550 total lineal feet of windows). Work is to include wood framed header walls above the new windows, new fixed and operable windows having a U-factor of .29 maximum and a SHGC of .38 maximum, and a new exterior plaster wall finish above the windows. This is a scope of work permit only. It is not intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to be maintained in compliance with NFPA 13. The seismic enhancement work is covered by permit BLD12-00336. **CJW**
