Kitchen equipment includes a grease exhaust hood and make-up air unit, two Type II exhaust hoods, gas fryer, char-broiler grill, 6 open burner range, grease trap, walk-in cooler, etc. The existing steel roof structure will be altered to support the added roof load from new roof top mechanical equipment. Special Inspection is required for welding. The Special Inspector is required to be employed by the owner or his authorized representative, not by the Contractor. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
