To remodel an area of approximately 484 sq. ft. within an existing 65,732 sq. ft. nursing home facility, to become a Nurse Station / Service area only. Work includes selective interior demolition; installation of new work / service counter, ceiling soffit, electrical, plumbing and fire sprinkler modifications and interior finishes. A portion of the new counter is to comply with accessibility height / depth as counter will serve patients & visitors using existing Crafts & Sunroom areas. Remodel access / egress approach to existing restroom, now to be open to the Craft / Sunroom areas, by relocating new Nurse Station access / egress such that restroom entry is now in front of service / work counter toward the openpatient / visitor area. drs
