This project is for the interior remodel of an existing single family dwelling's main level and basement area. The washer dryer area will be relocated to the basement where interior partitions will be placed to create a 1/2 bathroom connected to a new bedroom with walk in closet and new code complying egress window. The main level remodel will consist of select interior partition work to create a new master suite in the existing family room and relocating family / living room area replacing a bedroom.
