Work includes: Demolition work per plans; construction of interior nonbearing walls to create a commercial kitchen and food prep area, customer waiting and dining area, two fully accessible restrooms for men/women; modification to the suspended ceiling, new walk in coolers, replacement of existing store front window system with new drive through window; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; mechanical, plumbing, and lighting work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. This building is Fully Fire Sprinkered. The fire sprinklers were installed in this building per the owners request as approved by Dave Miller. The automatic sprinkler system was installed to replace the requirement for an additional fire hydrant on the property.
