This project including the repair of fire damage will include the removal of an existing 12'-0" projecting patio cover and adding 6'-0" of living space to that end of the dwelling (129s.f.) Also razed will be an existing single car garage. Attached to the addition will be a new patio cover to cover the rest of the razed area.
