(DAVE & BUSTER'S - SHELL WORK) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase. To perform tenant shell work and non-structural demolition within an existing 24,386 square foot tenant space. This tenant space was created under permit BLD11-02974. The existing roof structure will be strengthened to support new mechanical equipment and 3 existing exterior overhead door openings will be filled in with masonry block. Special inspection is required for welding and masonry. New roof top HVAC units will be installed in conjunction with this permit. A new interior 1-hr fire-resistance-rated wall will be constructed. A new interior door having a 1-hr fire-protection-rating will be installed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The tenant improvement work will be covered under a separate permit to be submitted later. The existing fire sprinkler system is required to be maintained operational. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. **CJW**
