(FEDEX GROUND) - To construct a 12,385 square foot, one story, pre-engineered metal warehouse building addition and related site improvements. The addition will be in the southeast corner of the building and will fill in the corner to create a rectangular building shape. This building is fully fire sprinkled. The sprinklers are used for area increase. This building was reviewed as an unlimited area building and minimum 60 foot yard must be maintained. The foundation for this addition was constructed under building permit BLD12-00574. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
