This space was previously occupied by "Norandex" BLD05-01927. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. There will be no change to the occupancy; however, the tenant indicated in the future they may expand the manufacturing in this tenant space. Although the building was approved for non-separated uses under the last review with “M” occupancy being the most restrictive; other issues may arise due to increase in occupant load.
