A TCO for 30 days under the condition that only the kitchen area may be occupied until the final CO has been issued was given with scott and romeo's permission until the occupant load is reduced and the fire sprinkler coverage is modified. Per Jeff with treasure valley fire protection drawings should be in to plan review by today or tomorrow.

Resubmit plans showing the actual wall layout for the kitchen area. The sprinkler system requires modifications in the kitchen, dining, corridor and cooler areas. The smoke detectos appear to be overspaced. A fire alarm contractor needs to provide verificaiton the system met code when installed or provide modifications. The fire alarm system may need to be upgraded due to occupancy type and occupant load changes. Tim in plan review, David the owner and myself discussed this and I provided phone numbers to plan review.
