This project is for the remodel of an existing 1760s.f. 4-plex that has two 440s.f. dwelling units on the main level and two 440s.f. dwelling units in the basement area. The proposed work on this project is to include the replacement of 12 windows, P-Tac heating and cooling units to the upper units, remove & infill the rear doors to the upper units, repair exterior stair guardrails and handrails along with the repair of select concrete pads and sidewalks. At the east (rear of this structure) portions of the foundation will be exposed to repair / treat the below grade walls due to water leakage. During the excavation, new a new foundation drainage system will be installed collecting at a 4' X 8' location.
