No NEW lighting or mechanical work is proposed or allowed under this permit. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department." **SRZ**

A fire alarm permit is needed to address the new door mag locks and the the testing of the request to exit button, motion sensor and the fire alarm interlock. Also the keyed dead bolts need to be removed from these same doors and the double doors from the adjacent Conference Room. This was also verifyed through the building plan reviewer.
