This project is for an interior remodel to an existing single family dwelling that will include: converting a closet into a bathroom on the main level and reconfiguring the bathroom in the basement. There will be select interior wall work in the basement to create a hall between the bedroom areas and close off the laundry area. R-1CH ok per Matt Halitsky.
