Barbara (alt. number Luke ###-####) Phone #: ###-####. Walk through only. Building has been framed and sided. No wall bracing inspection has been done. Noted that all blocking on the interior appeared to be installed. Portions of the addition are being used by the homeowner. Some plumbing has been completed and a laundry room and partial bathroom are being used. I noted to the homeowner that electrical, plumbing and mec. permits are required, get those permits have have the inspectors out to inspect work done this far. It appears that some electrical work has been completed. Homeowner using extension chords at this time for power. I contacted Daryl Degrange and Bill Vandegrift and made them aware of the situation. Home owner wants to complete work and sell house in one year. Will reschedule a building conferance in one month to check on progress.
