The walls will be constructed of non-combustible construction; vinyl flooring coved up the walls 6 inches, vapor seal paint system on the walls, and gasketted ceiling system. The project also includes the construction of a raised mechanical platform in the interstitial space above the ceiling for the mechanical/electrical equipment. Separate permits for sprinkler and alarm system modifications required as regulated by fire department. Special inspection required per attached special inspection statement and structural sheets. drs
