Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a 1,600 square foot room off the open office area and two storage areas, installation of new suspended ceiling, installation of new lighting, installation of new mechanical ductwork, new accessible doors / hardware, new millwork, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
