(SAGE CHARTER SCHOOL - 2ND & 3RD FLR)(**GREEN TAG - PRIORITY REVIEW**) Perform select interior demolition of non-bearing walls; installation of horizontal steel lateral support truss at the west end of the third floor to tie the floor to the west wall for load transfer path; construct new interior walls to create new classrooms with code compliant doors and hardware; remove storage room from east stair enclosure; add exit signs and tactile signs; provide 2-HI & 2-LO drinking fountains; relocate existing light fixtures with new controls and occupancy sensors; mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and modify sprinkler suppression and alarm systems as needed. Separate sprinkler and alarm permits are required before any modification is done as regulated by the fire department. Sprinkler system is being used for additional story increase. drs
