This permit is for the construction / placement of a new 2-hour wall at the new property line allowed through CUP09-95; CVA09-47 & CAR09-20 and will be constructed per GA FILE WP 4135 as free standing.. this property line may not support roof / ceiling structure on either side. Ok to not have paraput with roof protected with Class C roofing and treated fire resistant decking or 5/8 type X gyp attached supported by 2X framing tight against roof decking in lew of frp decking min of 48 inches either side of wall. All per the 2009 GA 66-2009 page 72 attached. and plan review notes. pep
