This project is for the addition of 1376s.f. to an existing 2462s.f. 1-story single family dwelling. The addition will be a 688s.f. basement with 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom and a bonus room ( constructed under (BLD02-00523). The main level addition will create 2-bedroom, laundry room and bathroom with minor modifications to the hallway walls. This dwelling falls under the hillside and Wildland Urban Interface ordainances. Class "A" roofing materials, protected sofits anf flame resistant exterior wall finishes.
