(Hansen Building) To repair existing damaged roof trusses, wall top plates, and install new roof covering. Work to include: Remove old RTU and patch opening for new roof membrane; remove and replace roof sheathing in select locations per plans; remove and replace 2x8 top plates per plans; Repair trusses per engineered drawings; remove and reinstall parapet cap; provide roof flashing and new roof membrane. All work per the approved plans, engineering, and structural inspectors final approval. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. **SRZ**
