With Scott Arellano's permission the stocking of the store is approved based on the existing fire sprinkler system in all areas to be stocked is functional and that the fire alarm permit has been submitted on. Also the contractor has agreed to supply security/fire watch for the "afterhours". Two rooms will not have the ceiling installed till a later date. These two rooms are electrical service rooms and it was agreed that there is to be no storage in these areas and that they are to be accessed for construction only.

Rich and I discussed the requirements for him to set up display racks and to begin stocking the store. The fire alarm and fire sprinkler permits need to be completed prior to setup and stocking. A fire alarm permit has not been submitted for yet and not all of the fire sprinkler rough-in has been completed.
