This project is for the placement of a new rookery (sandstone) wall to be placed for a new area well outside of the master bathroom window at the rear of an existing dwelling. The project is to include the removal of an existing wood retaining wall that is in failure and regrading the area at the rear of the dwelling to more contour the rear of the dwelling and utilizing the new rookery light well. All work to be confirmed by the engineer of record. R-1B ok per Colleen Carroll. ESC permit waiver is granted due to there not being any excavated materials removed from the site and the tight quarters of same. All per the approeve plans as marked. pep
