The expansion will combine the existing “Ward Hooper” space (BLD10-00730) with the adjacent 725 square foot space last permitted under BLD10-00765. Scope of work includes: createing a 7 ft 6 inch opening between the two spaces and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
