This project is for the modification of the existing master bathroom that will include the removal of an existing shed roof; extending walls to match existing bedroom and install new trusses with build back onto the existing roof. The project will also include siding to match along with select window changes in this bathroom. R-1C ok per Colleen Carroll. Separate electrical and mechanical permits are required.
