Work is located at the intersection of W Gowen Rd & Ed Stimpson Way heading north until it intersects with W Harvard St. There is also seperate work being performed on MacArthur St between W Harvard St and W Ellsworth St. No new construction is allowed and no buildings are to be installed under this permit.
