This remodel project is for the renovation of the 518s.f. basement of an existing single family dwelling. The project is to include the placement of new lighting and about 20 l.f. of non bearing partition to create a mechanical room for the furnace and water heater. The project will also include the addition of 3-basement windows one of which will complying egress. The depth of the window well meets the reqirement for grade floor openings.
