This project is for the interior remodel of an existing 1000s.f. single family dwelling. The project is to include select interior partition work to reconfigure the kitchen area to allow for the conversion of a portion of the family room into a new master suite. The project will include the relocation of the furnace & water heater along with the washer and dryer, creating a new laundry area. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required.
