There will be 877s.f. of new living space constructed including the furring of the walls in the basement to allow for the insulation and a new 900s.f. attached garage / with shop area. There will be a 200s.f. covered patio accessed from the new dining area and a 144s.f. covered patio at the opposite side of the dining / living room area along with a front and rear covered entry stoops with a 40s.f. total.
