This building has two existing residential apartments located on the 2nd story and one existing residential apartment located on the 1st story. The former deck and stairway that served both 2nd story apartments will be demolished. A separate deck and stairway will be constructed to serve each 2nd story apartment. Each apartment will have its own exterior deck and exterior stairway. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete piers, wood columns, wood beams, wood stairway stringers, guards, and Trex decking. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
