Work to include: site work; concrete form work; cast in place concrete; reinforced masonry; rough carpentry; steel studs; insulation; vapor barrier; metal roofing; metal soffit and fascia; hollow metal doors and frames; door hardware; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; HVAC mechanical work; and electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered.
