MAVERICK STORES GRADING & DRAINAGE-Remove approximately 1,983 square foot existing pavement, then compact (6" thick base) and concrete pavement (8"thick). Near the northeast corner of the store there is an existing landscaped area in this landscaped area, 2 concrete pads will be poured totaling 312 square foot. The existing curbs and gutters will remain in place. The existing seepage bed, in the northeast corner of the property will be re-graded to hold sufficient storm water. No buildings are to be constructed or installed under this permit.
