Work on first floor includes construction of a new uni-sex restroom in the warehouse; plumbing; new ADA compliant drinking fountain; and related electrical. This building is fully fire sprinklered in accordance with NFPA 13 with an approved fire alarm system. Any modifications to the building fire protection systems will require a separate permit; as regulated by the Fire Department.
