This permit is to reintroduce the previously approved commercial kitchen cookline. Work to include: install a new Type 1 hood with an exhaust duct system in a 1-hour shaft; stainless steel finishes per plans; work surfaces; install sinks; install kitchen equipment per manufacturers requirements; electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work. All work per the approved plans, the attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies final approvals.
