RIVER QUARRY APT CANOPY- (BUILDING # 16) Section 2 of 2- To construct a new canopy above an elevated walk way on the third floor. This canopy will be 68 square feet in area making the building approximately 9,302 square feet. Work to include: construction of a wood framed canopy w/ 2X6 roof rafters and a 3 ½ inch by 9 ¼ inch microlam beam; roof covering shall comply with chapter 15 of the 2009 IBC. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. NOTE: This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13R as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **SRZ**
