This permit is for the repair of fire damage to an existing 1350s.f. 1-story single family dwelling. The project will include the removal of the roof trusses over the living area and will extend partially over the garage area. The project will include ner eletrical and plumbing fixtures and the replacement of ductwork. The furnace is to remain as it did not sustain any damage.
