This building was converted to retail in 1961 and later annexed into the City of Boise in 1962. I have attached the Ada County land records that clearly state the remodel year. As far back (1974) as the City of Boise’s copies of the Polk Directories go it has always been occupied by this same tenant. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT.
