(BOISE SAMARITAN VILLAGE - SPA REMODEL) To remodel a bathing room (SPA) area of approximately 300 sq. ft. located in the NW portion of an existing 65,732 sq. ft. nursing home facility. Work includes selective interior demolition; relocation of an existing non-bearing wall partition; install a new vanity w/ sink, water closet, grab bars, roll-in shower, and tub; ceiling soffit work; lighting modifications; fire sprinkler and alarm modifications; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and plumbing, mechanical, electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
