The building will be constructed under permit BLD12-01001. The floor area of this future buildings 1st floor is 6,271 square feet. As owner or designated agent, I acknowledge that I am performing this work at my own risk without assurance that the permit for the entire building structure will be granted, and I agree to make any modifications to the early foundation work performed as may be required to comply with the City Codes and the final approved building plans and conditions.
