This remodel project is for the remodel and repair of the kitchen in an existing 1008s.f. single family dwelling. The project will include the removal and replacement of water damaged floor joists at the kitchen pop out area back to a basement support beam along with the removal of a non bearing partition between the dining area and kitchen area including the creation of a non structural beam / header to match similar in the adjoining rooms.
