Scope of work includes: construction of suspended ceiling, installation of new lighting, new electrical and interior finishes. NOTE: new lighting will highlight display items and complies with the exemption for mercantiles. The lights must be on there own switch. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
