(Idaho Department of Fish and Game) This project consists of construction of a new tenant improvement within an existing 24,367 sf space on the 2nd Floor of Plaza II. Work consists of minor demolition and construction of non-load bearing walls to create (3)new offices, a new break room, mens and womens signle-use shower rooms, a server room and tech support room. New lever hardware will be provided on all doors where knobs are existing and new wall finishes and floor and ceiling as required in new areas only. Mechanical, Electrical Telecommunications work shall support the new layout. A dry-chemical fire protection system is included for the new Server Room, and structural calculations to verify placement of new mechanical equipment in the server room and on the roof.
