(WINCO FOODS – New Reach in Deli Case) Permit is to remodel an existing 89,290 square foot retail building (BLD97-03634) by adding a new reach in cooler with protection bollards. Work to include: installation of new UL listed cooler, new condensate line to existing floor sink, new refrigerant line, installation of new bollards in existing slab, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
