Permit for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling after a fire damaged one wall and part of the roof structure. The damaged wall section and the entire roof structure are being replaced in the original configuration. The interior finishes are being removed a replaced and new windows are being installed. A new HVAC system with all associated ducting will also be installed. The new windows are required to have a minimum U-Factor of .35.
