This project is for the addition to an existing attached garage. there will be an additon at the rear and addition above using bonus room trusses spanning front to back with a new code complying interior stair to the upper level. The upper level is accessed only from the garage and is not required to meet the energy requirements as this space is to be used for storage only and must be separated from the dwelling the same as the garage is. Separate electrical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the truss details and layput provided along with the plan review notes. pep
