Blu Transfuels - Foundation Only - To install the concrete foundation and underground electrical for a new proposed LNG fueling station. The foundation work includes a 39' x 60', 2,340 square foot concrete reinforced fuel tank support and containment area, as well as, the foundation for two modular equipment buildings, one is 80 sq. ft. and the other is 120 sq. ft.. Work under this permit shall not proceed beyond the pour of the foundation and underground electrical until final approval of plans and issuance of the full building permit. That permit is BLD12-02737. As owner or designated agent, I acknowledge that I am performing this work at my own risk without assurance that the permit for the entire building structure will be granted, and I agree to make any modifications to the early foundation work performed as may be required to comply with the City Codes and the final approved building plans and conditions.
