This project is for the remodel of an existing 1468s.f. single family dwelling that will include select interior partition work to reconfigure one bathroom change s.f. of two adjacent bedrooms and create one new bedroom. This permit is in conjunction with the Idaho Code 39-4116(3) R-4 occupancies to be reviewed as single family dwellings. Separate electrical , plumbing, mechanical and fire sprinkler and fire alarm permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked, attached R-4 Residential Occupancy Policy ( 8-3-2012) and the plan review notes. pep
