(NOODLES & COMPANY) This building does NOT have a fire sprinkler system. To remodel an existing 3,041 square foot restaurant building for a new restaurant tenant. The drawings show 88 seats inside and 41 seats on an exterior patio. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, exterior wall infills, some new exterior wall finishes, kitchen equipment, millwork, interior finishes, an exterior concrete ramp and landing, an exterior fence, exterior shade awnings above windows, grease hoods, grease ducts, and a dishwasher hood. The restrooms will be upgraded to comply with current accessibility standards. An existing exterior cooler and existing exterior storage shed will be removed.
